Important Tenino Middle School Informatino

Welcome to Tenino Middle School! We are a fully accredited  school, consisting of nearly fifteen classrooms and 290 students. We have a library and a vocational skills area for wood shop. We also have a gymnasium to host our many school and community activities, physical education classes, sport activities, and events.

The school day has seven class periods along with a half hour lunch. When it comes to academics, we focus our efforts on teaching critical thinking and problem solving strategies. We feel these skills enhance student performance in our core curriculum. The state of Washington has even recognized our past academic efforts and awarded our school honorable mention in the 2007 State Superintendent's Learning Improvement Award.
